イオンクロマトグラフとは

すべての物質は、さまざまな原子が組み合わさって形作られています。
身の回りのものを細かく分解していくと、最小の物質 原子にいきつきます。

例えば水や食材に添加物を加え、加熱や冷却冷凍して様々な食品に加工しても
個々の原子は消失も増殖もしなければ、別の原子に変わることもありません。
繊維や金属に化学反応を加え、見た目を大きく変化させても原子は変化しません。
その物質に含まれる成分や添加物を特定する
原子は陽子と中性子を持った原子核と、その周りを飛び回る電子から構成され
原子が電気を帯びた状態をイオンといいます。

イオンクロマトグラフ技術は、カラムの中でイオンを分離し
多成分の同時分析や特定が行えます。
検体に含まれる共存成分の影響を受けにくく、高感度検出が行えることから
成分や添加物の特定や、汚染物質の分析などに用いられます。
イオンクロマトグラフ技術は、厚生労働省、医薬産業政策研究所、国立研究開発法人 科学技術振興機構、
研究成果展開事業【先端計測分析技術・機器開発プログラム】
